In this event, you will be given the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price or to alter or cancel your order. Pricing & GST Sale/Discounted Items You may choose to take only the quantity of items that is currently in stock and therefore available at sale price. You may also be offered the opportunity to purchase the remaining quantity at standard retail price (for example where we have to order stock in to fill your request), however you are under no obligation to do so. 1. Call 1800 657 025 or email sales@hrdcentral.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation. We will email or fax you a simple form and ask that you include it in the package with the product you are returning
2. Carefully repack the product and send it to the Reply Paid address specified on your return authorisation.
3. Within a maximum of 14 days from the date we receive your returned product (as long as it still in in new, saleable condition when we receive it), we will process your refund. Payment will be made using the same method you used to pay for your order (eg. credit card payments will be refunded to your credit cards, bank deposits will be refunded to your bank etc.).

Shipping & Delivery
All prepaid orders will be dispatched within three to five business days. If this is not possible, due to stock levels or for other reasons, we will contact you and advise you of the intended dispatch date.
We ship via Australia Post eParcel. This is a trackable service, and a signature will be required on delivery. Our shipping costs depend on the value of your order.
We will advise you if any products are out of stock and require back ordering. You may then choose whether to have part of your order shipped straight away, to be followed by your backorder, or whether to hold back your order until all items are available. Where the total order value is over $250 (excluding shipping) there will be no additional cost for a single separate delivery of backorders.
All orders placed via this website must be prepaid, unless you have existing account facilities in place with us. Prepayment can be made via VISA, Mastercard, Diners or American Express. Alternatively you can pay by company cheque or electronic funds transfer. Please note that orders will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared.
If we have made an error in order fulfilment, or the item you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit, you need to advise us within 14 days of order receipt. If you do this, we will happily provide replacement goods, however the original shipment must be returned to us or else you will remain liable for payment on both shipments.

All pricing on this website is in Australian dollars and includes GST at the rate of 10%.
Items may be discounted from time to time. All items are advertised at sale prices on good faith, based on our stock levels at the commencement of the sale period. However, as stock levels change on a daily basis, please note that discounted prices are available for in stock items only. Should your order exceed the number of items available in stock, you will be advised before the goods are shipped and given the opportunity to change your order if required.
