The Career Enrichment Toolkit is a comprehensive career enhancement resource that enables employees to take stock of where they are at in their career and personal lives and what changes they would like to make to enrich their experience of work and work-life balance. It is a holistic, Australian made resource which is designed to help engage the hearts, mind and spirit of people and achieve a deeper level of commitment to work. It will also support decisions to re-engage in a current role or to move on to the next opportunity. Action plans are created which will enable people to pioneer the most effective pathway for career enrichment. This toolkit can be worked through individually in a self-paced manner or also used in one-to-one coaching and group-based workshops.
